Membership
Directory
An online membership directory may be added
or viewed only by authorized parties. Outdated
printed directories can be a thing of the
past. After initial implementation and member
registration validated from a current membership
directory provided by the church, members
can modify their contact information (address
and telephone numbers) by entering their
screen name and password. Members may modify
ONLY their own data. Designated church staff
may make changes to the entire directory.
Message
Board
A
message board allows visitors to the site
to enter comments or pose questions. Responses
may be entered by others and appended to
the original comment or question.
Ministries
For
each of the ministries of your church, include
a short description of it activities and focus,
and the contact persons (telephone and email
address) for participation. The "ministries"
page can consist of a list of the ministries
linked to the descriptions.

If your church has developed a mission statement,
it may be included on the web site as a separate

your music ministry in detail. You may include
the names of your music staff with telephone

for membership and rehearsal schedules.
If your web site includes a form for joining
an activity, a link to that form can be
placed on this page for new choir members.
Newsletter
You
may establish a catalog of newsletters that
may be updated by a user interface, which
does not require knowledge of programming
techniques. The title of the newsletter
is entered with the text, which may be pasted
from a document file with or without HTML

Pastor's
Page
A picture and short biography of your pastor
(and associates or assistants if desired)
can be displayed. Include a hyperlink for
composing Email messages to the pastor(s)

want to add an audio file with a short message
of welcome or inspiration. NetOneStop(sm)
will construct the web site so that church
staff can upload new audio messages as desired.
Payment
Processing
Sales
of audio tapes, video tapes and other products
as well as regular offerings and payments
may be processed on your web site for a
small processing fee of $0.25 per transaction.
If the church has established or establishes
a credit card merchant account, the setup
fee for processing is $100. For processing
handled through our secure site ChurchCart.com,
there is an additional minimum fee of $1.00
per transaction versus 3.5% of the charge
amount with no setup fee. Payments processed
through ChurchCart.com will be remitted
twice monthly if greater that $10.00 and
no less than monthly.
Photo
album
We will design a page to be modified by
a secure user interface to allow non-programmers
to build a photo display page containing
a specified number of pictures with text
and captions for each picture (optional)
Pledges
If your church conducts fundraising drives
which require members to make pledges; a
page can be included for this purpose. If
there is more than one fund being solicited
for, a pull down menu can be included to
designate the purpose for the pledge. An
email message will be sent to the designated
church official for compilation purposes.
Recipients of the pledge messages can be
changed as required according to the activities
of your church.
Site

A
site search engine allows a visitor to search
the contents of your site by entering words
or a phrase, and is particularly useful
for a large site to assist visitors in locating
information on the site.
Suggestions
This feature allows member and viewers of
your site to enter their suggestions to
be emailed to designated persons.
Tape Reservation
Form
If your church makes audio and video tapes
of worship services available to the congregation,
a reservation form can be included on the
web site to receive requests for these tapes.
From the reservation form, an email message
will be sent to the appropriate staff member
for processing including the date and time
of the service or differentiating information.
Video Web Broadcasting
Weekly
church services and other events may be
broadcast and viewed by accessing your church's
web site via an on-site broadcast server

modem or T1/fractional T1). The type of
Internet line will depend on availability
in your area but must at least be capable
of 128,000 bits (128KB) per second. An on-site
video server is required which may be purchased,
leased or rented per event. Connections
can be made to the server directly from
existing video equipment or from a connected

Worship
Schedule

standard worship schedule of your church should
be posted on a separate page or included on
the home page. This will typically include

miss an opportunity for evangelizing! |
